Alameda West

I had the pleasure of staying at Alameda West while visiting family for spring break, and I was absolutely impressed with the community! The property is well maintained, clean, smells amazing, and has beautiful amenities. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with loved ones. The entire property exudes a sense of comfort and elegance! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

If you want a location in the heart of West Miami- Alameda West is for you! The building is well maintained, clean, and well apportioned. Many amenities of a luxurious resort are up for grabs that are part of your lease. If you dont mind road noise in the morning and evening, we north side provides the best view of the airport, downtown and the west side- great sunsets and rises! The onsite property team is top-notch. Mariella is amazing she is passionate about ensuring all of the residents (and potential residents) are cared for and she tends to every detail. I would strongly recommend Alameda West for a home to live within.

The best move ever. Thanks to Ariella for assisting me from beginning to end. Such great service! The building is so nice and clean, and for a pet friendly community, the hallways don’t smell like piss 🙌🏽❤️ It smells so nice in the building, there’s a garage gate that makes you feel safe as a resident, and the neighbors are ALLLL so nice and kind!! I love it here!! I give God so much glory for leading me here. This place is a blessing.

I am very happy about the customer service here. Alejandra, Mariela and Nicole did the absolute best job getting me in the apartment in the matter of hours. I cannot thank them enough!
