Blue Martini

Went two nights in a row first night we had Krizia serving us. Amazing service and on top of her stuff. Everything was amazing. Food, drinks, and music. Then the second night this last Saturday, we had this other white girl blonde highlights with glasses. Tattoos on both left and right chest that took over 45 minutes to serve us our drinks. Horrible server, we noticed she rang in our drinks after 30 minutes from when she took our order. We then ordered a second round right when she served our drinks since we knew it would probably take the same amount of time. We went to the dance floor and when we came back to ask where the drinks were she said she thought we had left. I stated why would we leave if you haven’t even secured a method of payment. When I give her my CC she brings me an itemized of $160 and a receipt of the authorization saying $189. I asked her why the difference and she stated it was tax and gratuity… which it was not because tax and gratuity was already in the itemized that said $160. Horrible server that is running some type of scam or fraud and should be fired. Blaming the two bartenders when they were making the drinks when they printed at the service well. I asked her for an itemized of the $189 she charged my card and she said she had closed my check. I asked her why she would do that if I didn’t even sign it. She needs to be investigated. I’ve ran multiple restaurants/bars and have the habit of everything going on with my service so watching her fail is just sad, either retraining or letting her go is needed. This just affects your business. We’ll be going again cause it’s an amazing place but sure enough we won’t be served by her. If a manager could reach out I would appreciate it.

Stopped by on a Thursday Night with some friends, and honestly had one of the greatest night out in a while! The staff and manager were so friendly, The Food was top tier(lamb chops), the Vibes and DJ were amazing. plus it was Ladies Night so our girlfriends all got some free drinks + they gave out free sushi! 5/5 highly recommend stopping by Thursday nights.

Sidney our server was nice! She was helpfully with suggestions. I'm so happy with happy hour EVERYDAY until 8:00 P.M. Next time I'm in town I want to come on a Friday (25% off hookas). My friend had drinks. Guava Rose & tropical disturbance. Very good!
